Judgement Happy Dance...UPDATE 2/6/12

Can you send me what you did?  Did you get the creditor to agree to a motion to vacate or did you just pay it and then get it vacated?  I have one judgement that I am at a loss with.  I am still waiting to hear back from the creditor and am unsure if I could get it vacated w/o there permission.

if you look thru this thread it will show you what i did. Yes, I did pay it prior to using the letters.

Unfortunately, I didnt see a great deal of increase in the two real scores. I dont have access to my Experian so I am not sure on this one.

I am just happy to know that it is no longer on my report. That is all that matters.
