Judgement vacated...

...but my score decreased.  Smiley Sad   I had the judgement vacated due to improper service on 11/3. I submitted my dispute electronically to the Big 3 on 11/10 (when I was able to see the vacated judgement online through the county court website). I checked CCT today & it had been removed from Equifax.

I pulled my score & it went down three points (697 -> 694). My only negative is an account reporting from Midland (it is reporting as an account, NOT as a collection). It is due to fall off next year, so I'll just wait it out. Other than that I only have one inquiry & it is over a year old (which I believe means that it is not factoring into my score).

Does it look like I got rebucketed?

Thanks!

Re: Judgement vacated...

*BUMP*  I'm thinking it is a rebucket. The judgement was removed from all 3 CBRs. I also lost 6 points on TU (689 -> 683). However, I've still got 3 collections, a CO, & lates on my SL from back in 2005 (but it has been current from 2005 up to now).

Re: Judgement vacated...

If nothing else changed on your report, then yes it appears that you've been rebucketed.  Congrats!
