I paid a judgement in exchange it is completely removed from my reports. I submitted a letter to credit bureaus from plaintiff to remove. What else do I need to do. I called the courts, but they implied that the way it is reported is as satisfied, and that is what released means. I also submitted the release to the cra.

They are correct, release and satisfied is the same thing. 

You need to find out if your state allows for a satisfied judgment to be vacated.
