Judgment Error

Hello All.  My DH had a judgment a couple of years ago that was paid off in 2004.  EQ reports it as not being satisfied and EX has it listed as resolved due to fall off as of Mar. 2009. 

Should I send a letter to EQ saying the judgment was paid in 04 w/ a copy of the court docs and request a deletion?

And as for EX, should we contact the court or the OC to see if we can get this deleted?

You can send your documentation and have it changed to paid. As for requesting deletion, that may not happen.

Judgments remain 7 years from date filed.
