In August of last year a judgment was entered against me. I'll be honest I ignored it, was having a rough time in my life. Well a few months ago I started to look into things. I noticed the judgment was in a county I never lived or worked in, so I contacted an attorney and got it vacated.
Now the not good part. I have sent everything to the CRA's and they are not removing it, they marked it as satisfied even when I not only have the final order that shows vacated but I have the print out from the prothnotary that shows the entire history up to the day they changed it in their system to vacated.
What are my next steps?
I mailed them a copy of all this, I faxed them a copy of all this and even gave them the phone number to the prothonotary.
