Letter from Collector

Hi, negotiated with a collection agency and got them to send me a letter to guarantee me that my debt be removed from my credit history entirely, once I sent them payment. My question is, is this letter good enough from them? Will it hold up in court if they don't get the negative marks removed? What should it say if not?? Congrats on a PFD approval! Looks good, I would not worry about it and I'm positive they will hold their end of their bargain. Seriously, it only takes a minute to delete your account from your credit report depending on when the CA's send out the magnetic tapes or input it into the system.

Hi.. Please explain how you did that I have been trying for a month in a half with 5 creditors but only have got lucky with one so far. Did you call or mail them?
