I did think about paying back all these accounts but I feel like that still may not solve my problems.

It won't solve your problems -- it may make obtaining credit again with these lenders a bit easier in the future - but even that is not a guarantee as you may still be blacklisted for some time.   Paying them back now may make you feel better - if you're feeling a bit guilty about the situation, but won't do anything for you scorewise because these accounts are not reflecting a balance owed (correct?) so not factoring into your util -- and it's not likely to help convince them in removal of the tradeline.

Chase: 90 days late

Disco: no payment history available

Amex: not even showing up on reports

Might as well keep rebuilding. These guys arent going to let you back in for years. And getting GW's from companies that were IIB is impossible. The BK is on your reports and overpowers everything else thats negative anyways. You got 2 cards and loans. Once you get a 3rd card youll reach the FICO rebuild bonus for credit mix. Only have 1 card report a balance less than 8%. The other $0. Same applies once you get the third card also. Time will do the rest.

Yeah that's the plan!

Also, I didn't mention it, but I am an AU on about 10 cards under my wife's name. I figured it would help keep my utilization down specially since I really only use one card (Cap1) and charge that up to near limit and pay off in full.

Would the AU cards get in the way of FICO rebuild bonus?

Re: Lexington Law - Negative Item Summary

Need to get more in your name. Some lenders ignore AU accounts. Grab a couple secured cards that graduate like Disco or BoA. Once you hit 3 on your own and a installment loan. Your good to go on a full rebuild as you as primary.
