Lj Ross Associates Pfd Help

Hello all I have been repairing my score for years now. Finally I get my score up to 760 and boom I have a collection pop up on my report and drop my score 100 points 🙁. The amount is only $228 which I can pay. The problem is I want it to drop off my report completely. I called the OC (comed) but they were no help. Has anyone had any luck with lj Ross? Any help would be appreciated as I am in the process of getting a mortgage loan.

Just googled around and cannot find anything on this CA  

I'd give them a call to see if they take PFD.  If the first person says no - keep trying lol.

They are impossible to deal with.  I had a $94.00 balance due on an electric bill.  It was the balance due on the last bill before moving out of my apartment.  They sent letters to me old address which I never received because of course I didn't live there anymore.  One day, I received an alert from the credit bureaus regarding the balance.  I paid the balance the next day LJ Ross refused the remove the collection from my reports.  

I don't think you will be able to get anywhere with them but it's worth a try
