Yes I'm looking at refinancing my mortgage and buying a rental property. I have a store card( Home Depot) turning 2 this month, a BoA Visa World and a HSBC turning 2 in November and another HSBC and a Barclays turning 1 in Dec. Will this do anything worthwhile? Oh and 1 Judgement will drop in Dec-I hope.

If the judgment drop is your only serious derog (sorry, I should have re-read the entire thread), that will be HUGE.

Is the Barclays your youngest account? If so, in December you will lose the new credit ding, which is good. The other birthdays aren't that dramatic, but everything helps. Do you know your AAoA (average age of accounts) in years and months? Those birthdays are biggies, especially hitting age two and age five.

Hauling--- The ave. age of accts. is 7 yrs. The Oldest is 18yrs9mo. The Barclays and 1 hsbc will be 1 year old in dec and I have 3 judgements. 1 will turn 7 in dec 08, 1 will turn 7, 11-09 and the last will turn 7 in dec 09
