I recently made contact with MCM and requested they validate my 7 collection accounts. After around 37 days, I received 3 debt validation replies claiming the information has been validated.
Here is the excerpt fromtheir reply letter:
7/14/2022
We are writing to inform you that we have opened an investigationregarding your recent dispute. We are waiting additional documents from the seller to conclude our investigation. Once our investigation has conclude, we will contact you with the results. This may take up to 90 days from the date we received your dispute.

We understand that you are inquiring abour or requesting documentation about the accuracy of our records concerning this account. After reviewing the information you provided, our accountnotes, and the information provided by the previous creditor,, with an address of 170 Election Rd, Suite 125, Draper, UT 84020, we have concluded that our information is accurate. We have also enclosed documents regarding your account. If youbelieve we have reached this conclusion in error, please reference the information below.

Thank you for your recent communication. We have reviewed our records and are writingto provide the following update: "We have closed your account and ceasede collections. Youhave no further ibligation regarding this account.
Account was removed from TU on Aug 22, 2022, Equifax on Aug 26, 2022, and still reportingon Ex as of 9/16/22.
This is the 3rd account using the same format received from MCM.
The other remaining accounts they claim were validated similair to the letter received dated 7/16/22.
Should I consider challengingtheir findings and request to dispute, again, or try a different tactic?
Just work out a settlement and MCM will PFD. Gone off reports.
