MSI FIRM Email Docusign PDF Email Phone threats !!

Hello Forum Ive been one the fence gardening doing very good until i recieve a call on my cell phone from a collection agency a week ago 

stating I have a collection 2 complaints on her desk,and wanted to resolve this debt .

First, I have no debt. second,I never applied for any payday loan, This is another Identity theft where i constantly receive calls "Congratulations" i resently applied for a payday loan, and approved for XXX amount .

After going through filing Identity Theft. reports,police and getting my life, back , (Thank Again Forum) This MSI contacted me regarding  stating i have a  loan in 2011, well i kinda laughed at first.and responded first politely to  person no I  dont Have a debt I dont have a loans and this must be Identity theft., 

  I want to back up from the beginning, When i received this call, I asked what was the name of there company? I asked them the address,she refused to give me any details, only keeped, insisting to resolve this matter, I  Responded to  (sandra Jasckson) send me a Validation by email.!!she asked if i have a fax,? No I wanted it through my certifield Mail to my addrees  it to her and  hung up. shortly after they called back and asked me for my email and they will emal I gave her my email just to get some info I told (sandra) This is not normal process. for a collection agency  I wanted them to send it through mail my address,which she never asked or confirmed  my address nor confirmed my info, Ms, Jackson then putts me on the phone with her Superviser (Ms Brady),I told her to send this debt validation , to my address and i'll respond.

,Well heres  where it gets Ugly!  Ms Brady the Superviser  responds " first you dont tell me what to do,we are going to procecute you  if you dont pay. I should have hung up then !, I Responded ! to Ms  Brady after,this is inappropreiate.attitude  what is the name of your company, she then "stated we are "not a collection agency, i asked her again !what is your address,Im going to send a lettter Do not call me again .!! and i hung up.!!

A few hours later i get a call back from (sandra jackson) i answered, and she started to appoligise for her supervisers behavior LOL.and kept on stating we need to take care of this debt .Again  Im" not "going to respond and this debt is not mine !  anything,until you send me documents,well  mistake i did earlier .she said She will email me the documents,thats when i asked her what was your conpamy name .MSI she replied..

 After a day went by, get another call put I did not answer, asking  if recieved the email   the email came the next day  next day,in a docusign PDF. (I did not open I deleted it!!) this email looked very suspicious and possible a virus..the next day i received a call voice message from Ms.Jackson, a very threating message. in short verson. we need to resovle this matter by the end of the day  Yoou promised to and agreed to pay $100 a day and on the 29th (the day first day they called ) or We  will send this file to the courts, and You will be picked up at my job,and i will have a felony on my record,where i wont have a job to work (LOL) and also she stated, I promised i would pay $100 a month. (NEVER SAID ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER)

 I looked up the company that i found there website. in Atlanta,and my jackson # was a 210. texas, for the past 3 days, she kept leaving messages on my cell, until i got to the point i called the # on the website and asked if they had a Sandra Jackson working there a man told me to hold let me confirm and put you to her I told him No.very rude and left a threat on my voice mail. he puts me on the phone with the superviser,and again, MS. Brady !!I got completly,pissed off,and told this superviser if i get a call from this women or you again i will report you to never call me again.! she begin to put me on hold to see what happen . and comes back and told me they send me email.I  i responded again . IO will not except an email or a pdf file containing virus  I deleted ! I will not except any email.! you will send by mail that is final. i am filing a complaint. and sending all my recorded messges to the authorities, your refusing to give me any info who you are ~!to verify your'e a legit collection which you lied the first time you called.the responce was . good luck to you .. 

I filed a complaint with the FTC, and going file another complaint with Attorney General and file everywhere until.I put this scam or whatever and expose this company, I am sick and tried of these low life, no scruples at all, terriorising people.with threats,. 

sorry to make this long but i had to come somewher to express my anger, after rebuliding my crdit back up after and this indenity threft is out of control, Be very careful 

because once anyone gets your infomation,it will take you not months , but years, and thats not a guarantee!!
