I have a Discover Card account went into collection handled by Glasser and Glasser. I have been trying to make payments to Glasser and Glasser, but was unable to because their online or phone payments requires a file id, which I don't have. I tried emailing Glasser and Glasser to ask for a file id to make a payment, but Glasser and Glasser does not answer emails and does not return phone calls. Has anyone experienced similar situation?
