Started with 4 baddies, scores in the 650 range
Got rid of one baddie, am AU on 2 DW accts, scores bumped 30 points on EX/TU to 680's, EQ no record of any baddies score is 770 ! ! !
If I get rid of all baddies I expect all scores to be in 770 range.
Crossed fingers for GW and dispute success.
Here I come 800's.
Thanks folks, couldn't be doing this without you.
Wow great progress!!! With a score of 770 I think we could learn alot from you.![]()
Please Do Tell ...........How many CC do you have? Do you have a good mix of credit? Or is it a long history of credit?
Started the year with 1 open CC, several closed TL's in good standing including an auto loan, and 4 CO's all had been PIF. No current debt. Utilization at 0%.
Added as AU on 1 DW CC, being added on another soon
GW'ed one of my baddies successfully, now only 3 baddies. Actively disputing existing baddies with CRA's, waiting on results.
Saw a 20 pt bump with first AU, expecting another bump with second. Removed baddie via GW didn't really have an effect, was an old TL but I'm glad to see it go.
EQ has no record of any baddies thus score from them is 770
EX/TU show 3 existing baddies thus scores are in 680's. Once they're gone (I hope) all 3 reports should be in 770 range.
3 biggest things you can do to increase your scores in my experience (in order):
1) Get utilization as low as possible (<10%)
2) Have multiple revolving TL's open and in good standing
3) Reduce or eliminate the baddies, they kill your score, e.g. the discrepancy between CRA's with and without baddies is 100pts for me. That's huge.
