Does anyone have contact info for Merrick Bank? On there website it is just a physical address, but I would like to contact them (Customer service, ceo, etc) about removing a 30 day late on my credit. I have been with them for 4 years and never missed a payment until Oct 2023 and it was only by a few days, however, this is now on my credit and would like to try to have it removed.
Thanks in advance!

Isn't there a Customer Service phone number on the back or your card, in your service agreement paperwork, or in your account webpage?
If I wanted to talk to a Pakistani guy 7 timezones away from me that will literally not help my situation at all I would have called the BS number on the back of my card.

if it's reporting to your credit, it's over 30 days late, not a few days late.
people on the phone are unlikely to be able to help, start looking up addresses and email addresses to send goodwill letters to

Merrick is one of the hardest to be customer service oriented. Good luck!
