I'd also love to hear of anyone else's success. I know that prior to my success there were a bunch of successes my e-mailing them and I'm glad it worked for me too. I'm curious to know if it's continuing to do so for everyone?

I emailed them last night and they called this morning saying they would have it deleted!  Thanks alot for the info, I never would have imagined it could be so easy.  If only everyone else was this easy to deal with.
