Re: Midland did it again .... another delete!!!!

Well, I think if someone had success with the CEO by email that it is only proper to share that email thread with the forum.

Otherwise the statement is meaningless. What steps did you take before the email to get the account(s) disputed, validated, verified and investigated?

While it is OK to share general info like non-direct phone lines, faxes, non-direct e-mails (e.g. recovery@afni.com as an example), sharing of others' personal or business contact info isn't allowed on here (e.g. direct lines, names, direct e-mails, etc.). However, feel free to PM that info back and forth or if you have access to this info via the web, like jigsaw.com or the consumerist, then feel free to post those links on these forums too.

ETA...I haven't followed this thread, but if MCM info is needed, like e-mails, it seems like they post it on their website for all to see.

Successful people against Midland should post samples of the contact they used to gain the victory for others.

For all we know.....it could be a bogus claim.

Take a look around. There's been quite a few Midland deletions come lately. If you search via "MCM delete" or "Midland delete" you might find a few recent success stories. MCM is/was getting soft.

Re: Midland did it again .... another delete!!!!

Ok. I get the point....

How is everyone dealing with the MOV and the CRA's using E-Oscar?

A consumer asks for MOV and the CRA reports using E-Oscar or a third party database. If the CRA verifies all disputes using E-Oscar then there is no true time limit window available anymore.

How many people here have disputed credit report information only to find that it has been verified in less than 10 days? The information furnisher is cointacted through E-Oscar and then verified by the furnisher through E-Oscar. E-Oscar would report what the databases has on record and would provide the name address and telephone number of the information furnisher (as a matter of record in the database).

Let's look at the contingency plans if this happens.

Re: Midland did it again .... another delete!!!!

Well. I actually did the research and found the email addresses myself. Everyone's situation is different, and if you truly feel your entries on your credit report are inaccurate, then you have to fight!!! I had already filed with the BBB, the FTC, my state Attorney General. This was not an easy process for me, I worked really hard and had actually made an appointment with an attorney and then I read the idea of contacting the CEO on the forums here. I am sorry you feel that some comments on here are fake but we are not allowed to post that kind of information on the threads so you'll have to take me at my word. Have a great day!!!!! :-)
