I got a letter today from midland stating they are deleting my account from all 3 CRA's! I was so excited, I have sent them 2 dv's after the first one they sent me what looked like a statement and I sent them another letter asking them for further evidence. After review guess they couldn't verify any further. Although I'm not sure if it will impact my score when it comes off (since it was in dispute) I am extremely excited!! Small victories

No i didn't make payment because I did not agree with the amount they were asking for. They never sent me a FULL record of my acocunt but a couple of pages of what looked like a statement with my name. Anyhow after the second DV that was a little more in detail of what I was asking for I, guess they could not provide it. I got a letter in the mail yesterday--that it would be deleted.
