Has anybody had any luck good willing the Military Star card? I have two 30-days andone 60-days that I'd love to remove. I've had their card since 2001 and my CL has grown overtime to $7K. Payment history is good otherwise, but I'm working to pay off the card. Thank you.
Yeah, no worries, I did not think they would remove them, specially three consecutive ones. I've had a good experience with them and really like my $7K CL. I'm trying to pay that down significantly to help my UTL. Thx.
I have actually had good luck with them. I called and talked to them over the phone. Not only did they remove the current 30 day late, they reset my payment for the month making me not due until the following month.

Wow, that's very encouraging. I didn't have a hardship during my late payments, so not sure how sympathetic they will be about my request to remove them. I will try anyways. Thank you.
I also sent them a GW email and they said they would be removing my 2 30days and 1 60 day later but its been like 3 months and it hasnt happened yet lol
Could someone contact information for AAFES? I'm hoping to get 2 30-day and a 60-day late payments taken off but they happened back in the early 2013.

I also had luck with a GW on my Star Card this past Feb. Was late 2 months in a row 12/2011 - 1/2012, so a 30 & 60 day late mark...
Just wrote one letter to the basic Customer Service address and the lates were gone by the next statement update.
