As you can see I burned quite a few companies: AMEX, Capital One, Bank of America and CITI. My auto lease, even though I kept it and continued making the payments and then turned it into an auto loan with Honda, still shows as "included in bankruptcy."
I am working on getting my utilization down, right now it shows as about 9% OVERALL, which is good. Those store cards, although many may think they're wasteful, added a ton of available credit to my overall credit lines.
Also, just opened a Comenity BOSCOV's store card with $250 initial line, asked for an increase now its $1,050, but not showing on my report yet.
According to EXPERIAN, FICO 8 (provided by Experian free app): Score: 619, open accounts: 20, revolving accounts: 26, installment accounts: 10
Suggestion: Possibly make this a new thread Hockeypnc1, if you want help with your own credit situation. It is now well off the original topic.

Oops! I meant create your OWN post
Definitely don't want to hijack someone else's.
I believe you have done enough for a long time. You really didnt need another Comenity card or the credit rebuilder loans. Comenity is known to shut down cards if you have too many of their cards or if they feel spooked. Theres a place in the garden for ya in the personal finance section. I wouldn't app for the next couple years. Too many inq's and new accounts have to age now. Let your scores work now. You've done enough. More than enough. Congrats on your rebuild. But the time has come to say like many do as myself said. Mission Complete. Rebuild is done.
Thanks for the replies Fire!
I accumulated tons of those Comenity cards to give me more available credit. Almost none of them have been used. They could cancel me if I leave the dormant.
The creditBuilder loan I got a while back. It's supposed to be a 5 year term at 12% APR, equaling $22 payments per month. I plan to have it paid off this year, which would be about 2 years in.
I wouldn't say the rebuild is done though. I am still in the low to mid 600s. I have seen others recover much faster. I plan to use the $1000 I get from my CreditBuilder to pay down those 2 credit cards I have balances on. I also will use some of my tax return to make credit card payments. I want to be at 700. I never have since age 18, and I am now 34.
@Hockeypnc1 Just dont add any more accounts. If you stop applying and let the youngest account reach a year, that's almost instant 15-20 points or more.
Pay off balances and sit tight for a while, especially with all those Comenity accounts.
Definitely have piled up those inquiries.
Would love to see them fade away. I know after 1 year they do less damage.
