I added a Chase Hyatt and BofA MLB card to the portfolio.

My TU and EQ both have PRs that I can get rid of through IRS withdrawal paperwork---so I gotta get on that.

BA 3-2-1 $3K
BA MLB $3K
CapOne Quicksilver $3K
AMEX Platinum NPSL

3 cards I have to get rid of are Open Sky, Credit One and a $500 Cap one Quicksilver that was converted from a Platinum.

It has been a crazy ride.

Haven't posted back here in awhile:

Experian:  718 (High of 728 on 3/1)

Transunion: 717 (High of 722)

Equifax:  649---still have 2 unpaid collection only showing here plus student loan default

It has been a crazy past 6 months since I've updated the log.  I've become a homeowner, bought a car, and added another card plus some CLI's, so I think my EX and TU would be pushing 730 or so otherwise.

Latest Deck of Cards:

B of A Cash Rewards $15K

B of A Travel Rewards $10K

Chase Hyatt $7K

Cap 1 Quicksilver $7.5K

AMEX Platinum NPSL (my cap is $15K)

Mortgage at 4% plus new car at 2.69%

Latest Update!

It has been a crazy 18 months but I'm very close to having all 3 of my reports over 700!

I bummed with my TU score as I actually paid off a debt which caused it to finally report lowering my score by 35 points!!! The only "good" news is that it is due to fall off next August.

This is awesome , im currently rebuilding my scores.

Was in 450's 3 months ago , now im in 550's.

Got 3 secured cards , open sky, capital one, and us bank.

have a bunch of old collections and old charge offs.

any advice?
