Has anyone had success Goodwilling late paments from Navy Federal? I have a closed account with them that I am currently aggressively paying down and hope to have paid off by the end of this year. It has 9 late payment remarks from 8/2019 until now. Given that my account is closed, I'm not sure how willing they'll be to adjust anything.

NFCU is more known to let you back in after paying them back from CO's and so on which include lates. Rather than removing lates. Going that long with lates may not fall in your favor. If it was one. Long shot maybe. As you posted history kept repeating itself. Good luck. Doesnt come here often at all.
Thanks! Yeah, I talked with one of their reps a while ago and she said as long as I pay off my balance on my closed card and give it a little time, I should be able to get back in. She said they don't blacklist.
Outside of the high balance on this card, it's just some negatives dragging down my scores.
