Need Help Please!

The following pasted information came from my Credit Plus credit report last month. My credit reports on MyFICO, CK, Wallethub, etc all show IQ Data International as the collection agency reporting. However, Credit Plus only lists Genesys Credit Management with what appears to be IQ Data as the previous collection agency. Am I reading this correctly? If so, why are all my other reports showing IQ Data and not Genesys? Should I dispute with CRAs to have IQ Data removed since they appear to no longer hold the debt, then contact Genesys to see about a settlement? I googled Genesys Credit Management and IQ Data doesnt come up in connection with them. They don't appear to have a website either. Please help me with this. Thanks!     Original Tradelines

Is this the same account being reported multiple times or are these different accounts being reported by the same collection agency? I think getting your actual credit reports from the credit reporting agencies may be easier to read. 

1. If these are duplicate accounts being reported, I am sure a simple dispute claiming that these accounts are a duplicate account being reported could get them removed. 

2. If they are all different then maybe arrange a pay for delete, if the collection company can validate that the debt is yours.

It's one debt. The info I posted is what is listed under the cra being reported to when I click on the CA name on my credit plus report. It only lists genesys credit management on credit plus but myfico and Experian only show IQ data. IQ data is listed as closed on 1 or 2 credit reports and open on the other. Same for my husband. It's a joint account

In this case you should see how it is reporting on the actual CRAs EQ,TU,EX, Innovis credit file. Then dispute it from the source since it is a reporting error to report the same account mulitiple times.

I had a IQ Data collection account on my Credit reports 6 months ago, I sent them a DV letter and without ever hearing back from them the tradeline disappeared.  Sending them a DV might be worth your time as it may result in a positive outcome for you.
