Need Some Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke with my LO yesterday and he told me every thing looks good exsept my repo from 2001 which is going to be coming off in December 2008 he told me that to be able to go through with the loan I would need to settle with them (I dont have the cash for that) or set up payment arrangements. My question is if I do that will the SOL start all over again or will it still fall off in December? Thanks.

It will still fall off in December, no matter.

If you set up payment arrangements and then make a payment, almost sure that the SOL will be reset. However, it depends on your specific state.

How SOL expired for this debt? If it has, try explaining to your LO that you are not legally responsible for this debt anymore. I've seen people say that they have gotten approved without being required to pay once they've proved to their LO that they are not legally obligated to pay the debt.

What state are you?

Google Arizona Statutes of Limitations and you should be able to find some information.

If 2001 was the last date of activity, and reset hasn't been reset in any way, then it appears you would be past SOL as of now.
