Eventually. I sent 100+ PFDs to them, called them, faxed them, and e-mailed them. No luck. Then I went through planetfeedback.com and an exec. asst. contacted me and accepted the PFD and mentioned that they have been trying to contact me via phone for the prior 3 or so months. They called and never left a message and when I called them back, they only said "No". I PIF and they deleted beginning the next day.
