My card utilization was 48% in February 2014. But since then all cards are at zero or may be $10 (Less than 1 % ).
Had one Bank of America MC that was closed in 2009. I paid that in full in 2009. BoFA closed it.

There is no magic timeline in the game of credit, no one can answer the question. If you want to gain a few points I would let one of those revolvers report a balance of 1-9% of its CL to the CRAs, 0 on all scores at 30% utilization. I would be GW letter writing on that late and planning a mini spree to get some more bankcards (3-4) would be good, I would be looking at a few CUs as they tend to give you a higher initial CL, NFCU is good if you can get in.
