Network Collections Help tx dv

I recv'd response to tx dv for dh. Out of SOL. They did not provide surety bond. The information given only matches by name. No social  given wrong DoB  by year wrong DL. He doesn't remenber signing for this conract. The cosignor looks like they signed for it.

is this enough to do BBB, CFPB complaint?

Re: Network Collections Help tx dv

If your letter to them identified it as a request under the TX Financial Code as opposed to the FDCPA, then compliance would be regulated by the state, not the federal government/CFPB.  I would file a complaint with the TX AG..

Since they responded, the issue is of its factual completeness.  If it is not adequate, then the TX Financial Code requires deletion of the reported collection until such time as adequate compliance is provided. That decision would be the purview of either the courts or one of seeking admin action by the State.
