It's all good. I got OS through SCT. When you're scores get 600ish range then if you decide you want it then you should qualify. I got Kohl's less than 600 and Talbots but had a previous relationship with Talbots and spent a boat load of money with Kohl's so I got a prequalifer. Walmart was my other card but my score was 620-630ish. 16% UTI should help your score. Just work on taking care of the baddies.
