Next Step?

So I sent a GW letter to Chase hoping to remove from my Credit Report a delinquency 120+ days.  They stated that due to the period of time it was delinquent and to keep the integrity of the Reporting Agency intact they could not provide a Good Will Action for me.  What should be my next step?  Call the number they provided?  Ask for a pay for delete? or am I SOL?

Some notes:

I did end up paying it in full and it is about 2 years old since I paid it off and 3 years old since first action happened.

Keep sending GW's.  Try to track down email addresses, try different mailing addresses, fax numbes, Chase's online email/message center.  Eventually the right person will get it.  I don't think you can do a PFD since you state you already paid in full.
