No response on multiple PFD now what?

I have sent by certified mail a PFD and also emails to LVNV. They are the last ding on my husbands. What do I do now. I want to pay it because I need it done for when we go to buy a new house at the beginning of the year. I have been trying with them since the end of September.
What do I do? Just write a letter asking for a paid in full if I pay the $281? They say he owes 752ish (different on all 3 credit reports) but the correct amount charged off was $281 after disputing with the CRAs but they are all reporting different amounts still. Anyways that is the amount I am offering so do I need to write another letter? If so what do I include? I am afraid to say the wrong thing.
This needs to go away. Plus it says disputed still and that has to go away too before we buy.

Thanks in advance!!!

Did the balance change since sending a DV letter? If not, I'd base future PFDs or settlement offers off that response. IIRC, there is some GW success out there with LVNV, and might be worth a shot to pay or settle vs. PFD.

Re: No response on multiple PFD now what?

They sent me a response from the DV for $752. I disputed with CRAs and that is when EQ came back with the $281 which is what actually was charged off I believe but they got their info from OC is what it looked like because that was what they were going to update.
Then I got a letter from experian for $752 when they finished.
TU has yet to send me anything. I can't get anyone on the phone either.
So instead of doing the PFD do a $281 if they will report it as paid? Does anyone have an example of a letter so I can make sure I don't put anything I shouldn't put. I don't want to put the wrong thing.

Thanks for the help!!!
