Last week I got a experian credit update stating my child support had gone into collection and I lost 57pts!!!. I thought this was weird as it's been taken out of my check for the past 5 years. I contacted DSHS they advised the computer does it automatically if a payment was missed. They researched my account and found no payments had been missed. So they advised me to dispute with experian and they would correct it.
I just got the dispute notice from experian and they updated it as Paid/Never late. But I didn't get not one point back! What the heck is going on here, there were no other changes to my credit file. Shouldn't I get my points back right away?
