I was attending a university and withdrew from classes but something happened to the withdrawal and therefore I have a balance with the company. They even refunded me money after the fact so I thought the account was settled. They never mailed me any documents to my physical address but sent them to the online school email. I am not comfortable with this situaition or how they handled it at all. Advice or similar situaitons out there?
