Hello! I am having an issue that hopefully someone can help me resolve. I had an old account with AmGen (now Springleaf) that was repossessed and sent to collections. I paid the account in full with the assistance of both the OC and CA and I have proof of the account being PIF via letter. My problem is that this one account shows up on my credit report 3 times -- once as a judgment by AmGen, once as a charge-off by Springleaf and once as an open account currently past due by the CA. I have tried disputing the judgment and charge-off, to no avail. I called the CA and told them that they are reporting the account incorrectly and they told me that they would fix it ASAP (which they haven't). I have also called the Springleaf branch that the account originated from and asked them to please go to the courts and ask them to update the status of my account and nothing has been done by them either. I am at a loss for what to do...please help someone! Thanks in advance!
