1. In regards to the short sale it is showing both paid charge off and foreclosure 0 balance. I think I will add to CRA that this was a short sale just for future. I may own investment property again...
2. For right now I will continue payment plans, until my income increases & I can offer settlmnt. The lates are 120 days.
3. Yes I only have 3 accounts that I was not able to reach payment plan with before this outside CA got involved. I made attempts to contact my OC but they just sent me back to CA. I have made offers for settlement on smaller account but it has now changed hands again. Not sure who really owns that debt, I guess I will DV that account since it has been less than 30 days. I just want to make sure I am repaying the debt to the co that really owns the debt. Any one heard of Alliance One Receivables Inc??
