Hello, I'm new at all of this. I've been trying to clean up my credit report to buy a home. Can you fill me in on what a PIF and PFD are, with examples if possible? Don't include your own personal info just an example so I get on the right track. Did you also do a settlement offer where they deleted it from your report as well? any extra info is appreciated!! thanks!!!
