PFD Letter Joint Account

When sending a PFD letter on a joint account, should I include both parties in a single letter? For example, I have to send a PFD to W_R_LD O_N_. Me and the wifey are both on the account.

If you would like to negotiate a PFD for the both of you, then include both names.
