Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck with sending a goodwill letter to PNC bank CEO? Thanks to this webstie, I have been able to get some negative payments off of my Capital One account. My next step is to remove the negative payment on my PNC account. I have already sent 1 letter, and have not had any kind of response. I plan to send another. I have also emailed the CEO. But I was just curious if anyone else had any kind of luck with this company? It seems as if this company is not lienient in these cases, and will not make adjustments. 
PNC is not known to do GW's. There is no success threads or any success on the net. If its a 30day. It loses its ding after 2 yrs anyway. Set up auto-pay so it doesnt happen again. You can keep trying but dont get your hopes up. Good luck!
