Paid off Collection but no Change in Score

I recently paid off one of my small collection accounts though I still have more that I am working on. I expected at least a few points boost from paying it off but when I get the notifications that they were updated with 2 out of 3 bureaus, I saw no bump in score. Is this normal? Will I not see a bump because I have other outstanding CO and Collections or will it take more time for the score to adjust?

Starting Scores (9/19): EQ - 474/TU - 528/EX - 502
Current Scores (09/22): EQ - 617- TU - 638/EX - 647

No you won't really see a change if other negatives are still on your reports.

Ah ok. I wasn't sure. I haven't had to rebuild like this so I'm not sure what to expect with it all. Thank you for the response.
