Pay for delete not working

Well, I sent it by regular mail, so we will see what happens.  They said that there was another collection that was for $2000 that had both my name and my ex husbands name.  The account was from the year 2000 and was placed for collection with them in 2003.  I asked her when was the last day of activity, her answer was to repeat the fact that it was placed with them in 2003.  It has never shown up on any of my 3 reports, and it had better not show up now!

I live in Delaware and the SOL in this state is 3 years.

Ok, the three baddies I was talking about is a medical collection:
