Yep. They can also, from what I've read here in the forums, be nastier in collecting (some will actually visit you at your home in order to get you to pay) than even the worst collection agency.
If you need to use one (not saying you DO, just saying "if" ), then fine, but be CAREFUL. Apparently, these people have no souls and make even the nastiest CA look like Grandma with a hot plate of cookies.
