I sent in a hippa dispute on a payed medical collection they just sent me back a copy of the account i asked them for somthing with my signature on it . I know they dont have it cause when i went to the dr i never filled anything out. while i was on the phone with the collection agency legal department the woman was yellng and pushing a button on the phone so it would beep so she didnt have to hear me and she was threting me with a lawsuit for harresment. I told her that she cant sue me for calling to request information. i sent the original dispute in 2 times certified mail what do i do with these people
