Congrats. I will be working with my boyfriend to get money together to pay his off since it seems they're willing to follow through on their word. Would love to get that cleaned off.

I had the same thing happened to about 2 weeks where credit management started reporting a time Warner Bill for $227.00. I immediately called time Warner and paid it. I then called the collection agency and they said that they will report it as paid. I wrote a complain letter to BBB and within days I got a reply saying that all collection will be deleted.
