Phone Call from L W Management

I got a phone call from the place listed in the title. They said I have a debt with ACE Cash Express.  I called Ace Cash Express  and I do have a debt. However, it is does not match with what they said in the call. I asked for their address so I can send a debt validation letter but they refused to give me their address. They mentioned they could send a contract so I could pay the debt. I mentioned that I would contact my lawyer and they quickly wanted to get off the phone. What should I do?

If you have not done business with them, then its most likely a fake call to get you to pay. i would do nothing till something actually appears on your CRs then you can move to have it excluded under the ID Theft laws afforded you in the FCRA.
