Please help me get this First Premier paid CO deleted

I paid my charge off with First Premier 2 years ago  (its was from 2012) because they kept updating every month with the credit bureaus. When I paid it, they updated it to "paid less than owed after charged off"...My score did go up a little bit because it went to a zero balance. But now I just want this headache of an account removed completely.

Can someone please please please send me an email address for someone at First Premier who is willing to show me some mercy!

What is the reported DOFD?

Its not listed. The closed date is blank, date of last payment they have as 4-1-16 but it was definitely 2015.

There are just so many discrepancies. I just want it gone.

I do know that I opened this account in 2011 and it was closed in 2012.

If there is inaccurate information being reported you should dispute it. It could be deleted, but if not, at the very least the erroneous information will be corrected.

I don't have a contact for GW, though, sorry!

I'm fighting with FP as well. I opened two accounts in 2009 with my ex-fiancé (first mistake) because I had no credit and he had bad credit. I thought the accounts were closed after we split in 2011 and low and behold-they are both now CO on my credit reports!! They are reported differently with all three bureaus and I can't quite make sense of it all. I just want to figure out how to get these gone! I don't even know how the balance got so high! Credit limits were only $300/$250 but not it shows balance of $780 and $690.

I guess at least I learned not to ever put an authorized user on any accounts ever again.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
