Points Not Returned

Last Monday, a collection was added to my Experian credit report and my FICO8 dropped 9 points. I disputed the collection and it was removed as of this morning but I only got 1 point added back to my credit score. Is this normal? Should I not have gotten all 9 points back since that was the only change to my report from then til now?

Maybe there was another subtle change you might have overlooked. Check over your report with a fine tooth comb.

If it was removed this morning some take longer to report it than others with one of my collections I had removed it was almost 3 months before it was off the last one I can't remember if it was EQ or not but then my scores raised again once it did.
