Portfolio Recovery Collections Missing accounts?

Hi all,
Dusting out the cobwebs and paying off collections that won't fall off in next few months so we can qualify for a mortgage. Question: when I logged into portfolio recovery it only showed 2 Cap 1 accounts -- which I paid. What's weird is all 3 of my Credit Reports say I have 5 accounts reported by PR. The last 3 are for less than $300 each and I just want to deal with them. Anyone have a similar experience?

Did you ever mention filing bankruptcy? We had five accounts with them but the rep couldn't see one because it was with a different departments because we mentioned we might file bk one time.

Nope. Never spoke about bankruptcy and never filed for it. It's like they don't exist. I mailed PFD letters to all collections (That poor postal worker at the Post Office had to deal with a lot of green cards and receipts!) Some have been responsive and just deleted small collections without even responding but these little accounts are still showing up in CK even though they don't show on PRC's online account for me. (On the plus side, my EQ score went up 67 points to 705 after I paid in full an old Merrick Bank account that was showing as open even though it was closed according to TU.) Just want this over and done with and to move on!
