I was already well into my rebuilt, but was approved for Venture X with scores in 670s-680, so I wouldn't worry to much about whether you're at 700 yet. I'd go for Quicksilver at this point. It's nothing flashy but 1.5% CB is a decent starting point, and is better than VentureOne with it's more restrictive and effective 1.25% earnings.
