Qualia Collection Service/Kohls

Has anyone dealt with Qualia before? I have a Kohls Charge off and got a letter now years later for Qualia to settle for less. It's not on my report at all. Wondering if anyone has heard of this company? I was planning on paying that charge off with my taxes but if I can pay them and settle I would do that too.

How old is it? I have an old Kohls charge off from 5 years ago and they've never sold or assigned it to a collection agency

I believe it charged off in 2018. They never sold it but I thought Capital One normally goes through PRA. I read online it's a legit collection agency but I might just call the original creditor.

Capital one sells to different collections and sometimes even law firms since they are known to sue.
