Thank you all for your feedback. I talked to someone this morning and they said there was a glitch in their system and they are in the process of fixing it... They said if it wasn't previously reported it will be removed. I just hope once it's removed I will get all of my points back.
FYI... Not reporting the account was part of the settlement agreeement as long as the settlement was paid as agreed.
You probably should have mentioned that earlier as it greatly changes what road to take.
