The supervisor ultimately approved the PDF. I paid the $128, the agent emailed the department to begin process of the PFD and to send me a copy of the letters as well. I hope that they do the right thing, but I will continue to update this thread until the CA is removed from my credit reports.
I know every situation is different, but I hope this will give others hope with this collection agency as they navigate through, their credit repair/rebuilding journey.

I'm going through the same thing. I had a collection with RMS through Progressive. I paid the full amount in order for them to delete. They stated they would and sent me an email confirming the agreement on their letterhead. Just waiting for them to delete.
