Sent a GW letter to Verizon for a collection that I paid in full but considered a CO to them. Got a letter back stating they cannot delete. Anything I can do? Any suggestions on other addresses to send the GW to? Also, I was sent a letter about being included in a class action suit against Verizon for cancellation charges. Would it help to include this info in the letter? Thanks
